NANCY COOKLIN

Nancy Cooklin, born in Lima, Peru and raised in several cities around the world, is an author, a trainer, a coach and a counselor.

Nancy lives in Milan with her two daughters. After her studies in Business Administration, she worked in marketing, business and training.

She is an NLP-certified (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coach and trainer and a pluralistic-approach counselor. She attended the managerial development program and at the Bocconi University in 2010, then the Search Inside Yourself Google training in both 2017 and 2019.

Writer of many books, eBooks and audiobooks, among which “Felicità: sei già sulla strada giusta” (Happiness: you’re on the right path), “Crea te Stessa” (Build yourself), and the latest, “Human Leadership: per essere un vero leader prima bisogna conoscere se stessi” (Human Leadership: to be a true leader you need to know yourself first). In 2016 she received the Standout Woman Award. She has been working with many companies and associations offering trainings, mentoring and one-on-one coaching.

She teaches at the MIP Politecnico di Milano, at the Bicocca University of Milan and “Human Leadership” course for the MBA program at the Bocconi University.

The deep knowledge of oneself and the fact of being constantly changing lies at the heart of her motto “Create Yourself”.
