Avv. MARIA GRAZIA DI NELLA

Avv. MARIA GRAZIA DI NELLA

Barrister for the Supreme Court of Cassation and part of the Bar Association of Milan, for more than 25 years I’ve been putting the individual at the core of my work, seeking to understand their needs and their expectations.

Milan-born but citizen of the world, I am the result of my Italian-Croatian mother’s stubbornness and resilience, and my Abruzzese father’s warmth, friendliness and authority.

After obtaining my Law Degree at the Catholic University of Milan, I got my Master at Bocconi University. I then took a specialization course at the AIAF School (Italian Association of Family and Minors Lawyers) and in 2011 I obtained a Family Counsel certificate following ax three-year course at the Counseling Training School of the Berne Center, the Institute for Transactional Analysis of Milan.

In 2011 I founded my Law Firm with a specific goal in mind: to offer my clients a highly trained assistance in Family Law, International Family Law, Juvenile Law and Human Rights, concerning both civil and criminal aspects.

A sound and deep knowledge of the Law, a love for learning and exploring, an enduring curiosity: that’s what pushes me everyday to embed my legal expertise with family counseling skills, a tailored and careful reception of the client, the ability to listen to people’s stories and a passion for words. All these personal strengths enable me to offer a cross-sectional and comprehensive legal service in order to guide and support my clients, and to consciously and responsibly manage the matter they present me and the existing conflict.

I am a Founding Member of the Network Orange Table Professional Network, a team of experts with diverse and complementary specialist skills created in 2016 with offices in Milan, Bologna, Rome, Bari and Lugan.

Since 2021 I am also Founding Member of the Network Study Center.

In 2018, I became member of the Scientific Committee of SOS Children’s Villages, the largest non-profit organization in the world engaged in supporting children lacking family care or on the line of losing it.

Currently, I am active member of the Camera Minorile Association of Milan, of AIAF (Italian Association of Family and Minors Lawyers), member of AIADC (Italian Lawyer Association of Collaborative Law), of IACP (International Academy of Collaborative Professionals), of the ICALI Association (International Child Abduction Lawyers Italy) and of the National Observatory on Family Law.  I am also registered in the list of lawyers specializing in legal assistance to women victims of violence (Official Gazette of Lombardy – n°46 17-11-2016).

I am a lecturer for training and in-depth courses for professional orders and associations and private organizations.

I act as a curator and legal guardian for minors on behalf of the judicial authorities and as a fiduciary lawyer for both public and private institutions.
