After studying languages in high school, Stefania Crespi obtained her Law Degree cum laude at the University of Milan, with a dissertation on Criminal Procedure titled “Immediate judgement”.
After her degree, she became assistant to Professor Amodio in the Department of Criminal Procedure at the University of Milan.
Since 1996, she’s been working for the Ravaglia Law Firm, where she developed solid experience and specific expertise concerning Corporate Criminal Law through her work on corporate offences, financial crimes, bankruptcy frauds, crimes against public administration, criminal liabilities in healthcare, as well as driving offences.
She has been collaborating for years with the Di Nella Law Firm for criminal procedures concerning offenses against the family.
Stefania Crespi defends minors in criminal procedures and she will attend the Guardians of minors training program from March to June 2021.
