Born in 1976, Francesca Pantanella is a member of the Bar Association of Rome since 2007.
In 2004, she obtained her Law Degree cum laude at the Sapienza University of Rome, with a dissertation on the violation of family care obligations.
She is the holder of the Pantanalla Law Firm headquartered in Rome.
Since 2018, she is a board member of the Gennaro Santilli Foundation, a non-profit organization working to improve the quality of life of those living in a vulnerable state or in social or psychophysical difficulties, with special attention to the younger generations, by promoting experiences and initiatives involving culture, art and sport. The main goal of the Foundation is social inclusion and equal opportunities.
Pantanella often advises on Corporate and Insolvency Criminal Law, offering legal and out-of-court assistance and advice before the General Court and the Court of Appeal in Rome and in the other districts on the Italian territory.
She represented defendants in many criminal bankruptcy proceedings, among which the procedure concerning the crash of the shipping company Deiulemar Group, where she was part of the defense team of more than 800 damaged bondholders.
She also deals with offences against the person, especially concerning violent crimes against women and minors, as well as crimes against family support, teaching many courses on the subject.
Furthermore, she developed expertise in the areas of press offences, violations of Privacy Laws and computer crimes, having acted as a consultant for the legal department for criminal affairs at Wind Telecomuncazioni S.p.A.
She has been dealing for years with animal rights, especially in the area of experimentation (i.e. vivisection), teaming up with many associations active in the field with the goal of spreading environmental culture and the respect for all living beings.
