Carlo Bottino is a member of the Bar Association since 1997. He works at the Milan Bar Association, collaborating with experts in International Law. He developed a solid experience in matters of International Family Law with a particular focus on international inheritance.

He took specialization courses in English Law at the London College of Law and is currently collaborating with many qualified professionals in England, Germany and in the United States, with which he deals with cross-border issues in Inheritance Law concerning both family and real estate; in particular, he tackles international inheritances, assisting both foreign clients inheriting in Italy, and Italian beneficiaries of foreign inheritances, as well as international testaments, real estate purchases, credit recovery abroad, International Company Law, international tax planning, with particular regard to issues concerning Common Law.
