Avv. Alfonso Ucci

Alfonso Ucci is the head of the Ucci Law Firm in Lanciano (CH).
He graduated in Law from the University of Macerata (MC) with a degree in civil procedure and has been a member of the Lanciano Bar Association since 2003. In 2015, he obtained the qualification to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and Higher Courts.

He has extensive experience in criminal law (including juvenile), civil law, and administrative law (serving as a legal advisor to several municipalities in the region as well as the Union of Municipalities of Sinello and the local Health Authority). He also specializes in enforcement and bankruptcy law.
He has always been attentive to social issues, supporting the principle that law should serve the community and individuals. He is actively involved in engaging young people in regional projects, events, and conferences.

He is listed among the professionals qualified to conduct sales pursuant to Article 179-ter of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure.
In 2023, he co-founded the national professional association “Professione Italia – Chieti Section,” where he serves as Vice President.
In 2023, he was also appointed Vice President of the amateur sports association “Kinetic Abruzzo.”
