AVV. ANITA MIHAILOVICH

Anita graduated in Law at the Panthéon Assas Paris II University, with a specialization in International Company Law.

She then obtained her Master (Diplôme d’études supérieures spécifiques) in International Financial and Banking Law at the same institute. Anita obtained the title of Lawyer at the École des Avocats de Paris.

She then obtained an L.LM at the NYU Leonard Stern School of Business, Master of Law, International Law legal studies in New York, with a specialization in M&A and in International Corporate Business Law.

She has worked with many financial institutions in Paris and in New York, and she has a decades-long experience in International Company Law, M&A and Corporate Law developed at the most important law firms in Manhattan.

Specialized in International Company Law, Contract Law and Financial Law, as well as Inheritance and Family Office Law, Mihailovich deals with international clients assisting them in every step and offering custom-made services.

During the last years, she has been collaborating with the Di Nella Law Firm, applying her own experience in International Family Law in all its facets, emphasizing the importance and the synergistic bond between Family Law, Family Office Law, Financial and Inheritance Law.

Founder of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland/Israel, she is also a member of the Jewish Economic Forum.

Having studied in Milan, Lugano, New York and Tel Aviv, she is fluent in Italian, English, French, Spanish, Serbo-Croatian and Jewish, with a strong knowledge of German and Portuguese. She is a member of the New York State Bar and of the Barreau de Paris, as well as a member of the New York International Corporate Bar.
