Francesca Ciarelli, born in 1984, graduated in Law from the University of Teramo and has been a member of the Lanciano Bar Association since 2015.
In the same year, she participated in the Road Show organized by the “Business School-Il Sole 24 Ore,” aimed at young lawyers selected nationwide, based on merit criteria and age, upon recommendation of the Cassa Forense and territorial bar associations.
Over the years, she has gained a diverse professional experience and, since 2022, has been collaborating with the Ucci Law Firm in Lanciano, where she is responsible for managing numerous civil, administrative, and criminal cases.
In her professional career, she has had the opportunity to delve into the e-commerce sector, addressing the legal implications arising from B2B and B2C relationships, as well as privacy regulations. She has drafted terms of sale and terms of use for an e-commerce platform, which also required knowledge of tax warehouse regulations and the study of European Union directives and regulations related to the specific commercial sector.
She collaborates with the ONLUS “Il Girasole” in Fossacesia, providing legal advice and protecting the rights of immigrants in labor, social security, and criminal proceedings.
She attended and passed the evaluation tests for the advanced training course required for registration in the list of professionals qualified to conduct sales pursuant to Article 179-ter of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure, following the Cartabia Reform.
She is listed as a special curator for minors pursuant to Article 473-bis.8 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure at the Court of Lanciano and the Juvenile Court of L’Aquila, after completing the qualifying training course.
