Avv. ALFIO MANCANI

Member of the Catania and the Warsaw Bar Association, Alfio Mancani has been practicing in Poland with his own Law Firm in Warsaw.

Alfio can boast legal experience concerning Family Law, especially regarding Italian and Polish mixed families (separation, divorce, child abduction proceedings, protection of the right to child contact). Since 2016 he has been an active member of the AIAF (Italian Association of Family and Minors Lawyers) and also a speaker during the conferences organized by the association. Alfio collaborates with the Italian Embassy in Poland and with the Italian trade Agency (ICE) in Warsaw.

In April of 2015 he was elected as a member of the Com.It.Es (the Committee for Italians living Abroad, representative body of the Italian community governed by the Italian law 286/2003) of the Warsaw consular district acting as secretary.

Since 2017, Alfio has been a member of the AIGA (the Italian Association of Young Lawyers), and since 2018 he is a mediator for the Warsaw International Mediation Centre (Miedzynarodowe Centrum Mediacji). The Centre is supported by many Chambers of Commerce in Poland, among which the Italian one. Alfio Mancani’s Law Firm appears on the list of well-known law firms by the Italian Embassy in Warsaw, the German Ambassy in Rome as well as on the list of the US Embassy and the British Embassy in Warsaw.
