Avv. ADRIANO IZZO

Born in 1978, Adriano Izzo is a member of the Bar Association of Rome since 2008. Since 2016, he has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts.

 

In 2003, Adriano Izzo obtained his Law Degree cum laude at the Sapienza University of Rome, with a dissertation on International Private Law.

 

He is the holder of the Izzo Law Firm headquartered in Rome.

 

Izzo often advises on copyright, especially on New Information Technology and Internet Law, offering legal and out-of-court assistance and advice before the Italian Specialized Sections in Enterprise Matters (previously known as Specialized Sections in Intellectual and Industrial Property Matters).

 

Since 2018, he is President of the Gennaro Santilli Foundation, a non-profit organization working to improve the quality of life of those living in a vulnerable or state or in social or psychophysical difficulties, with special attention to the younger generations, by promoting experiences and initiatives involving culture, art and sport. The main goal of the Foundation is social inclusion and equal opportunities.

 

Izzo served as interim deputy prosecutor for the National Sports Federations.

 

Thanks to his many years of practice, he developed expertise in the area of Civil law, especially in the activities concerning Information and Communication Law, Company Law, Commercial Law, Family Law, Human Rights and Inheritance Law.

 

Izzo has worked for many years in the area of property management and of legal protection of assets.

 

Together with the lawyer Carlo Guglielmo Izzo and the journalist Fabio Ranucci, he has written “Giornalista Italiano” (published by Centro di Documentazione Giornalistica), a series focusing on the training for candidates for the profession journalism exam.

 

Izzo has contributed in the writing of “Separazione e Divorzio” (“Separation and Divorce”), published by Cacucci Editore, editing the part concerning child support and property relations within spouses.
