Avv. LODI PIZZOCCHERO

After graduating high school from Liceo scientifico Severi in Milan, Lodi Pizzocchero obtained his Law Degree cum laude at the Bicocca University of Milan, with a dissertation on Administrative Law on antitrust sanctions.

He then continued his legal studies, first as a subject expert and teaching assistant, at the department of Administrative Law of the Bocconi University of Milan. Later, he obtained his doctorate in Administrative Law research at the University of Eastern Piedmont, with a thesis on independent authorities. He carried out research and seminar activities, with a focus on issues concerning competition and administrative penalties, subjects on which he published several articles on many law reviews.

In 2011, after fulfilling his forensic practice at the Eugenio Bruti Liberati Law Firm, Lodi Pizzocchero obtained his license to practice the profession at the Milan Court of Appeal.

Since then, he’s been offering legal advice and assistance to companies and to public authorities, focusing on administrative penalties, Urban Development Law, and working in the field of procurements, contracts and public agreements.
